Voor de atleten onderhandelen wij met de organisatie van wedstrijden en sponsors. Verder regelen wij voor de atleten, hotelaccommodatie, vervoer, en vragen een visum aan bij de ambassade in het desbetreffende land waar de atleet vandaan komt. Binnen het management hebben wij ook een fysiotherapeut waar de atleten gebruik van kunnen maken.
